Chick-fil-a - Rincon

Missing from the photo: The fries and strawberry milkshake I ordered that I didn’t receive. Also no straw. I have literally never had a bad experience at Chick-fil-A until I moved to Rincon. This isn’t the first bad experience at this location either. Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves.

This place has the business of Universal Studios. It's always insanely busy. The people there are great under pressure and do their absolute best to get things out in a timely manner. I've never been disappointed, even though I have waited a good minute at times. And they are VERY friendly.

I’m giving this place one star solely because they used to open at 6 AM but now open at 6:30 AM. The drive-thru line used to form as early as 5:50 AM, with many people eager to start their day before 6 AM. I believe this change will impact their business negatively. From now on, I'll be heading to Dunkin’ or McDonald's in Rincon at 6 AM instead.

There is an expectation that most people expect when going to a Chick-Fil-a. Quality food and exceptional service. Today however the service was not up to par. I have been to this location multiple times and today was a disappointment. Line completely backed up due to employees just standing under the shelter talking. Considering it was 10:30 and overcast I don’t think weather was issue. When I do get to give my order the kid taking it wasn’t even paying attention. Had to repeat myself multiple times. When I arrived to window no one greeted us or asked our names and when I was given my food it was just shoved in my face to grab it. Upon getting home the order wasn’t even right. Seems like today the C team was running the show. Very disappointing.

I arrived and felt like I was at McDonald’s. It wasn’t raining and I was like where are the drive-through helpers no one was outside at the lline was wrapped around the building and it look like the staff was just offbeat. It wasn’t Chick-fil-A that I’m used to.
