The service at this restaurant was very slow, taking 2.5 hours for our group of 7 to receive our dishes. Plates were brought out every 15 minutes, two at a time. Additionally, the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. Despite this, we were very disappointed with the experience. It was not the server's fault, as she did her best.

I understand that the restaurant may be understaffed, but waiting 45 minutes for a table despite having a reservation, and then seeing someone without a reservation be seated before us was disappointing. Waiting 30 minutes for our appetizer when there were only 3 other occupied tables also did not meet our expectations. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant.

The chicken was ok but nothing to die for. We had a less than good experience with an unappetizing salad selection, most of which wasn't fresh and some things even rotten. The service was below average with the waitress never coming to check on us for more water etc. Keep in mind, we were eating when the restaurant was nearly empty. I regret coming here and not going to the any other of the vast selection of restaurants around this one. If you are looking for chicken, I suggest St-Hubert which is basically across the street.

Bad experience. The food, both chicken skewer and hamburger were old and looked like they were frozen several times and re-heated. lack of English speaking servers made the whole experience even worse. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
