For a second time in 2 years, at almost the same time, we were conquered by the dove chef Saint-Pierre and all his team. Last year, we chose a host table where we could make our choices ourselves. This year, the concept has changed. the chef offers a tasting menu 3, 5

I was extremely disappointed, we took the 5 services with wines and the gastronomic experience was not at the rendezvous. overvalued restaurant. I love good food but no dish was succulent. I mean dessert, really not very good. I don't advise him at all. exorbitant price and rather impersonal service.

We went to dinner at this restaurant and tried the tasting meal 3 services with agreement met-vins. We had a very good choice of wine in agreement with the dishes, very well explained in addition.For the dishes served, these were elaborated, well balanced at the level of taste and represented very well the local terroir. The service was perfect and in time. The only hic relates to the small but sufficient portion however. the price is high but for this experience it is worth trying at least once.

We had very high expectations and they were really not fulfilled. very pushy services. formula 3 services served in 3h45. the very ordinary service, the rather monotonous met-vin agreements. Anyway, keep your subs for the good Montreal or Quebec tables!
