Ordered a pizza via delivery. After 15 minutes, the order status was updated to being delivered . The pizza arrived after 1 hour and 35 minutes, after I had cancelled the order. 1:35h for a single pizza is completely unacceptable. Glovo 's customer service, which was contacted after 1 hour and 20 minutes (quoted delivery time was between 30 and 60 minutes) said the restaurant told them the pizza is just now on it 's way to my location. which means they either lied to me or them.
