Mcdonald's - RIETI

Very bad experience in this Mac.d. The fries were very disgusting it tests like old and raw. Service is not so good. But here the people don't have an option because it is only Mac.d in this area.

Good and respected staff

It's not possible to wait ages to order a burger due the queue every time I crave a burger! Please hire more staff! On lunch time the queue arrives outside the Mc. That's a very bad customer service.

Bland same old junk food. It's either salty or sweet no real flavours.

Staff normally rude, place always seems to be dirty, dirty floor, dirty tables, dirty toilet. The food is never that good either. Sadly I think that because it is the only McDonald’s in the town and the next one is 40/45 minutes so am hour and a half away, that means they do t care and they know they will get business anyway no matter how bad it is. Plus Italians have no idea what a good McDonald’s should be because it’s not so big in thier country.
