Il Conte Max - RIETI

We went to this restaurant for my father's birthday. Small restaurant located in the center of Rieti that offers fantastic fish dishes. The appetizer, both in quantity and quality, was amazing. A right balance of flavors between fish, spices and vegetables used. Well-presented dishes that satisfy not only the palate but also the eye. Excellent first courses and divine frying, cooked just right. I highly recommend it.

Fixed price formula for a more than decent Sunday fish lunch

I was at dinner with a friend, the staff very kind and helpful, the fish feels that it is fresh and good, but there is only one flaw that leads to give three stars to this review....the amount of oil that is used to season the dishes is hallucinating, bringing some dishes like red shrimp and some raw to the ruin PURTROPPO. For location and presentation of some dishes I think prices are a little high

For fish lovers it is definitely the best restaurant in Rieti. Great food, spacious and welcoming. I highly recommend it.
