Togo's Sandwiches - Ridley

Multiple bad experiences at this place. Tried to give it another shot and yet again it was horrific. The prices are insanely high, the sandwiches are small and with little meat, the staff will blame you for problems before even trying to fix them, app issues with store.. and more.

Great service. A bit of a wait. But in all I think that's okay.

Meat is to fatty bread is to big for the little Meat for the price never had worse

I am very disappointed with my order tonight. I always order the same sandwich every time. It’s an extremely meaty sandwich. It’s call the Triple Dip. And it’s like $20. I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this store again because the amount they put on the sandwich is not like what I usually order. I went back inside to try to explain it to them, but they said that’s what usually comes with the sandwich. It was really unsatisfying for me because this was the sandwich I was craving all day cause I’ve been cleaning the house this is what I got. I was expecting my usual delicious sandwich got this. The sandwich I got on the left. What the sandwich is supposed to look like on the right.

Order 2 sandwiches threw Uber eats. Togo's dident seem to understand my order. Missing veggies on both and somehow thought a large is same size as a reg wrap. 1 peperchini on entire sandwich and 2 shorter black hairs came out in a bite . ..truly sad I used to love Togo's as a kid growing up . But if this is there new standerd I just can't go there anymore.... Thankfully Uber eats corrected the issue but now no lunch and I usedy coupon. So no lunch today thxs to lazyness...
