Peet's Coffee Tea - Ridley

Hi today I went to Peet's as it's my birthday month for my free coffee. The barista told me to go to my app and find the reward . did not feel that was very friendly . I ended up ordering a coffee and paying for it as my app was not working Correctly . I ask then to speak with Management got treated same way .Management could do nothing without going thru the app . So much for taking care of the customer !

Came here for a quick drink. Ordered a matcha lemonade. Service was fast, the barista was multitasking. Nothing special but if you are looking a place to sit down and chat.. will be a great place .. very quiet and cozy

I called ahead of time to see what time they closed and they said 5:30 . I thought to myself great it's 4:35 I have enough time to sit relax and study my book. I am only a couple of miles down the street. I get my coffee sit outside studying. Soon realize I have to use the bathroom. I leave my book on the table and head to the restroom. It's locked .ok I'll wait. Well an employee name Sierra came out and said she just cleaned the bathroom. Ok and? She said I couldn't use it . I said excuse me but you close at 5:30 business is still open. Oh we clean 30 minutes before we close. But I need to use the bathroom now. Sorry i just cleaned it. I said clean it again when I am done. No , the chemicals have to sit for awhile She said. This is what you call a very lazy employee. What else is she being lazy at this coffee house?I got her name and told her I'll be calling coperate. Unbelievable!!!

Trying to make a quick stop between daycare drop off and getting home two minutes away before I have to log on for a morning meeting. 20 minutes should be enough time. Three others order before me, I'm the last in line. Rather than take my order, and give an illusion that my drink will be ready, I stand there for nearly 10 minutes. No one says anything. There is an old guy with a pony tail who was taking orders and just ditches me, doesn't even say a word. I inch closer to the register before I finally just turn out and leave. Just waited in line after the app said my payment wasn't good. Trying to see what's wrong and place my order in person. Never mind. Not a huge fan of Sbux, I'll just brew my own bag of Peet's from Costco at home.
