Panera Bread - Ridley

Very small portions for what you get. They got the order wrong and forgot my salad. Very slow service and it wasn't even crowded.

Ordered from doordash and we only got a half order of grilled cheese, no turkey sandwich, and no salad. Ordered again and we got soup without ordering soup. How do you mess up such a simple order.

It’s December 7th 10:15am. My son and I weso in to have breakfast. The first thing is that I had to repeat our more than once. Also I had to ask for fresh coffee as what they had was old and cold. 20 minutes later still no food so I went back to find my sandwich sitting there not made the way I asked for which was only toasted and my sons order wasn’t even made as the two employees a blonde and brunette were both working in the one guys order together even though it was only a couple of sandwiches and he was flirting with them and they had no idea on anyone else waiting for their food either. So I asked her why my sandwich was cold and the other not made and she rolled her eyes and said I will do it now. You better believe I stayed watching as I didn’t trust her. I will NEVER go back as this is the one of many times u was treated this way. The Panera in Citrus Heights is excellent!

Panera has really gone downhill over the last few years. They used to be reasonably priced, clean , and the food good. But not only have a removed most of the items I used to enjoy (their clam chowder was to die for), but now they charge full restaurant pricing, yet are still expected to get your food from the counter and bus all your dishes, and now you have to place the order yourself via kiosks), and their restaurants are disgusting. It doesn't matter what city or time of day, there's trash all over the place, the drink dispenser has syrup and muck sprayed all over it and is out of ice , the iced tea dispenser has no lid and is empty, and there is never anyone taking orders. You have to place the order yourself at a kiosk, which I wouldn't mind except the computer system doesn't update, and will say the location is out of certain items, even though they aren't (and vice versa). Panera used to be a weekly event for me, but I doubt I'll be back ever again

Had Hot Tea but didnt know its self service and I am not a good tea maker....rest is all history ;
