Mcdonald's - Ridley

McDonald's is trash, their app is trash, their food is trash, their customer service is the worst in all of fast food. ? McDonald's needs to go out of business. Nothing like it used to be and that goes for most fast food chains.

I went to go get a quick bite for me and a friend before a nail appointment. Keep in mind line was 1 car deep when I ordered. I missed the payment window after I made my order which is of course my fault, I thought he said meet me at the last window. I waited in the line for the car in front of me to get their food which took 8 minutes and by that time the line got significantly longer. I get to the window and start of literally saying I 'm such a dumbass I 'm so sorry I missed the first window then the worker proceeds to get visibly angry and told me I really need to learn to pay attention because he 's very busy, I apologized and asked him what my total was. Then he seemed to have some trouble and turned to me saying I messed up his system and proceed to slam his sliding window. This interaction was very uncomfortable and down right rude. I was trying to be as nice as possible because I realized I made a mistake and I was even going to pay and get my food after the worker demeaned me. But after he slammed the window I left because I was so taken back by his actions. I work In costumer service and I would never be rude to someone who owned the mistake and openly apologized.

They served a wonderful Egg McMuffin with sausage and hash brown. The restroom was wonderfully clean however had no paper products. I would visit there again. I visited 6:00 a.m. in the morning.
