Cold Stone Creamery - Ridley

We, a family of four, came in to each get an ice cream. There were 3 groups of 2 in front of us but the person helping them seemed competent. There was at least one person in the back not helping people, but probably doing other admin things. Another employee came in from outside and the competent employee left the front to allow the newly arrived employee to handle the customers that have now multiplied behind us. This employee moved so slow that we ended up only offering 2 out of our 4 wanted deserts we were hoping to get because it was embarrassing to us that we felt everyone in the store was waiting on us as we waited on this employee.This location has steadily gone down hill. Plus, you add in 2 other employees leaving a less than motivated employee out to serve the entire store was disappointing.

Ordered a waffle bowl with Boo batter with the trick or treat mixing. We pointed to the picture and advertising of what we wanted. Employee did not know to make it must have been a trainee with no training. Ice cream was like soup! We wi take it home and put it in the freezer. I'd avoid this location.

4:09pm today just left because we were greeted by a girl in the back at 3:58pm. Waited 10 minutes and she never came out to serve us. Horrible service. We left and are going to Handels Ice Cream.

Best icecream in Folsom. I go here every week, and I really love it.

Love going to cold stone. Not only ice creams, cakes are so delicious. Staff is very friendly helpful.
