Provisions Cafe At The Barber Shop

I was eating at commissions yesterday. I was thrilled to find this charming restaurant and specialty business. The waitress was not intimidated by my food restrictions. She suggested using the sandwich options on green instead of bread. I had the EBLT as a salad of fresh green, hard boiled egg, wonderful bacon and crisp cherry tomatoes. I relaxed with a glass of an excellent Pinot Noir. Then I bought two of their chocolate chip cookies to get Jim home. He said they were the best he ever had. What a lovely find.

If you want the best food in the county Ouray, or just a margarita, commissions is the place for you. The staff is also very attractive.

Chef Amie has created an outstanding, fine dining experience. Her sweet cream gelato is the most amazing thing I have had the privilege to enjoy since I last spent time in Vienna. I highly recommend eating here as often as you are able to!

By far, the best food I've had in this area. Fresh,tasty, and inventive the chef's food delights your senses and taste buds. The staff is professional and cheerful.

A birthday party for a friend there last night. The food was stunning and every bite delicious. Our hosts were European and the European style of this wonderful restaurant did not disappoint. A perfect evening and I would really love to eat there every single day. Superb!
