Situated at the Ouray KOA, this restaurant boasts an exceptional team of staff who are genuinely wonderful. They smoke all their meats, which greatly enhances the flavor. I had the pork carnita tacos, and the pork was incredibly tender with a delightful light smoky taste. The prices are also very reasonable. My husband enjoyed it so much that he ordered a second plate! The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I appreciated that the tacos came in soft shells instead of the usual corn hard shell. The interior is very clean, featuring rustic decor that adds to its charm. We will definitely be back!

We dined at this restaurant in October, and I completely forgot to write a review at the time. Our experience was outstanding! Even though they were short-staffed, the two ladies working there were prompt and friendly. The white chocolate breve was simply delightful, and my burrito was the best I've ever tasted. We will definitely return soon!

This restaurant is amazing! Our waiter was exceptional—he kept us entertained with his sense of humor and was always attentive to our food and drinks during the entire meal.

We arrived for dinner around 8 PM and were attended to by Ines. She was friendly, but the service was disappointingly lacking. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, so I can't attribute the minimal attention to that. It felt like she didn't notice when we needed drink refills or anticipate our other requirements. The food was amazing! The remodel is impressive! The service was exceptional! I really appreciate that it’s now a full-service restaurant! The new owners are doing a fantastic job. The only downside was the difficulty in finding a parking spot. If you’re not staying at the KOA and want to dine here, it can be a challenge to park. We ended up finding a spot in a large open area across the street with some big trailers. While the music wasn’t the best, it wasn’t too bothersome since we were outside. However, I noticed that some of the groups weren't as happy about it.
