Starbucks - Ridgewood

Rude drive through service big guy with glasses greeted me with “yo what’s up, your pumpkin thingy will be out shortly “ pardon me, who are you talking to like that Sir? He’s definitely bad for business and just rude as heck.

I walked to the restaurant not realizing it was only a drive-thru. The person on the intercom was not very friendly, telling me they couldn't serve me unless I was in a car. Before I could respond, they abruptly said goodbye and hung up. I was just trying to see if I could place an order. It's ridiculous, considering people walk to this restaurant all the time. They could have told me the same thing nicely or offered to accommodate me by asking me to walk up to the counter.

Ordered 30 minutes ahead of time but drinks were not ready when I got there. On top of that the fat guy with glasses in the drive thru window was very condescending. This branch should get better employees because their behavior reflects on the brand.

I am very disappointed in the service at startbucks today. I was greeted with a hey baby by one of the workers and that made me feel very uncomfortable. Then while I was paying he kept saying to give him a good tip and once i pressed no tip he got upset. I was taking a picture with my dog in the car and he thought i was taking a picture of him and told me to delete and kept harassing me over it and took forever to get the cake pops I ordered and once he did bring me it, he then kept asking me to delete the video when I did not take a video of him.

Terrible experience. I went to the drive-thru to order a frappe with sweet cream cold foam instead of whipped cream and another frappe with skim milk. The person taking my order hesitated and said they would try to make it. As a Starbucks employee, I know how to make these drinks. When I arrived at the window, none of my drinks were made correctly. I also asked to scan my rewards app for points and the employee refused. I was very disappointed and will not be coming back to this location.
