Jersey Mike's Subs - Ridgewood

I didn't receive my correct order. Instead, I got a bag of chips and a sandwich I didn't ask for. When I called the restaurant, they told me to reach out to DoorDash. I contacted DoorDash, and they only offered me a partial credit. I won’t be using DoorDash again.

The sub was excellent! It's the best one I've had in quite some time!

The restaurant mistakenly used the wrong type of bread for my sandwich, which completely spoiled it for me since I dislike wheat bread. It was a straightforward order, and it's disappointing that it was ruined.

I had always heard great things about this place but had never tried it until recently. I decided to stop by, and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it! I ordered the classic Philly cheesesteak, and it was the best sandwich I've had outside of Philadelphia. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly. I noticed that the cashier wears gloves when handling money, then changes them before preparing the sandwich, which is very reassuring. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely be returning!
