Happy Days On The Go - Ridgemont

Always a great Sundae. We sometimes GrubHub to get ice cream delivered, and often go to get ice cream on the way home. Can't comment on the actual food, but we love the ice cream service.

Service was absolutely terrible. The staff was openly looking at their phones and ignored us at the register. Another customer and I stood and waited for a minute before saying we were ready to order, then the cashier on his phone walked away from the register to the back completely oblivious there were customers there. Also, they were calling out order numbers for people to pick up, but did not give the customers receipts with order numbers even when we asked for a receipt

Ordered the cheeseburger plate, worst plate I have ever had! The meat sauce is very off putting. Taste like rosemary and oregano! Burgers where way over cooked. Ordered a chocolate milkshake with malt. The milkshake had no malt at all In it. Wimpys was sooo much better then this place.

We came in for ice cream my bananna split hand no toppings on it. It was in the container upside down. My girlfriends sundae hand no chocolate syrup on it when she went up they told her it was under the whipped cream she responded i ate the whipped cream they than proceeded to put hot fudge on the sundae instead of chocolate syrup which she asked for. The service was slow and sloppy. I have eaten many times at the Happy Day in Henrietta and the experience was fantastic not at Long Pond. I will not recommend this establishment ever!!!!

Burgers are whopper wide and delicious. I recommend trying there specialty Burgers and the garlic parmesan fries my favorite new fries ?. The only thing I didn't like to much was the fried onion rings only because it was fried for to long so they came out to crispy for me
