Sonic Drive-in - Ridgeland

I stopped by to pick up a treat for my family, and while it took a little longer than I expected, I want to give a big shout-out to DeShun and Wakisha. They paused their work to take our orders when we asked and even provided us with some spoons to help us get on our way. I know they were busy, so I really appreciate them taking the time to assist us. Thank you!

The meal was excellent, and I really enjoyed it. However, the mozzarella sticks weren't fresh—when I bit into them, they didn't have that usual stringy texture. Still, they were decent. The strawberry sweet tea was delightful! It was my first time trying it, and I liked it a lot!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I wouldn't even give it one star because we went there tonight and waited 49 minutes for our food, even though there were only two other cars in the parking lot. All we ordered was two chicken wraps. The fries were cold, the wraps were burnt, and the chicken was undercooked—it was still pink and raw. I could tear it apart easily. To top it off, the employee who handed us our food literally threw it at me. I will never return and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lately they been taking forever to take my order I push the button an nothing 4 different occasions I have had to move 3 or 2 spots an still wait to place an order. An then after that it takes a long time I never get not one apology. I will go to another Sonics bc this one is ridiculous.
