Pizza Hut - Ridgeland

I ordered pizza tonight but didn’t receive the correct order. When I called back, they said they would send the right one in 30 minutes. I won’t be ordering from here again; this isn't the first time it's happened, and it's disappointing that it has to end this way. It was a simple mistake, but the staff at this location just can't seem to get it right.

My order was incorrect; I received breadsticks instead of cheesesticks, and they were as hard as a rock. I requested curbside delivery and called upon my arrival, but after waiting for 15 minutes, I had to go inside to pick up my pizza.

Pizza Hut was great. This particular location is walk in only generally but are now doing curbside pick up and delivery. Food was great. Customer service was great. Prices were good.

I placed a $60 order and after waiting two hours, it never arrived. The next day, I called to speak with a manager, but she dismissed my concerns and informed me that my order had been canceled. I asked why I wasn't informed about this and why, when I called the store the night before, they kept saying it was on its way. The manager became defensive, and the conversation went nowhere. Pizza Hut has officially lost my business for good.

Would give 0 stars if able. Simple order of 1 pizza and bread sticks was an hour late. Their no contact policy apparently is not accurate on the website or the email sent with your order. They did not bring it to the vehicle despite asking for vehicle info and stating wait in the car . Checked in and then had to call 15 minutes later to confirm, and was met by absolute rudeness on the phone. 30 minutes later I went to the door and it still took awhile for staff to respond. They forgot the name and had to check again. When I finally had food in hand, it was flat and flavorless.
