While the little meat on the ribs fell off the bone as advertised, it was incredibly dry. Warming them up on the grill left crispy edges that could have used more sauce. The mac and cheese was thick and difficult to swallow, lacking the creaminess I expected and instead having a pasty texture. The shrimp were decent, and the rolls were tasty. In summary, I would recommend going for the exceptional service and drinks, but perhaps skip the food to avoid disappointment.
Let's start with no peanuts and there were 2 hostess . One could not make a decision to seat us, waited until other one returned. Ordered a med rare filet, served a med well sirloin. We told wait person , he said it is overcooked , but he knows that's a filet. Waiter came back and said, manager agreed steak was overcooked and it wasn't a filet. Waiter brought another protein, cut like a filet but was grey on the outside and med rare inside . Smelled like vinegar and tasted like old cheese. It was the u return a steak, u get old steak that has been sitting in a old smelly cryovac. Told waiter to smell and even taste it . Will not be back
I was disappointed with the ribeye steak I had tonight. It was so thin that it felt more like a breakfast steak. I had asked for it to be cooked medium, but given its thickness, it was likely overcooked. Because it was so thin, it just didn't meet my expectations.
The waitress was polite but seemed rather inattentive. We missed out on another drink, a cup of coffee, and dessert simply because no one came to take our order. At one point, I had to go to the server area to request a water refill. There was a manager present, but they appeared more engaged in chatting with the staff than in managing the restaurant. We decided to approach him to discuss our concerns, hoping it might lead to improvements in overall service. I genuinely believe that implementing a strong training program for new hires and managers could enhance the experience at all their locations. In conclusion, this might be the only restaurant that could benefit from some assistance and guidance at the corporate level.
The waitress was very polite. my family and I ordered a sirloin and salisbury steak. the waitress told them well. we sent our food back there. for the third time I told them to keep it because the flesh is still pink, not well done.
