Chick-fil-a - Ridgeland

The food and service are consistently excellent, and this visit was no exception! However, I did encounter a problem during this trip: an employee was using a mopping machine in the dining room, right around our table. It was quite disruptive and loud, not to mention the strong smell of cleaning solution. It wasn't the most pleasant atmosphere for dining.

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The service is quick and precise. Their peach shakes are incredible. The staff is consistently friendly. There’s a real warmth here that I love!

This had to be the slowest chick fil a, I have ever attended. They were nice and still spoke to customers better than others but the time it took to receive a 4 count chick n mini was insane

I have ordered the same meal for breakfast for many years. 8pc nugget meal with fries. The last 2 times I have gone to this location I am told they can?t do fries in the morning. I left and went to another location with no issues. This location has the worst customer service. I advise driving a little further and going to a different location!!

The service was quite poor, as it was very slow and I received the wrong order, lacking both fries and Chick-fil-A sauce. This has happened multiple times, and honestly, the entire team seems careless.
