John's Best Pizza - Ridgefield

Great food, great service, not pretentious, inexpensive, wine. What else could you ask? I'd eat 7 nights a week here, but I'd earn 100 pounds.

The food is delicious! Warm environment, pleasant staff

Last night our son's college lacrosse team was meeting another college team at Ridgefield H.S. and we needed food for the tailgate that we always put on for our boys. Maria from John's Best spent a lot of time with me on the phone regarding the order and was able to accommodate all of my requests. They delivered on time to our location and the food was delicious. We had two trays of penne with vodka sauce and 2 trays of sausage and peppers. This fed 50 people. She even gave us a few dozen rolls (sliced so that the boys could make sandwiches with the sausage peppers if they wanted. (The bread was SO GOOD! Thank you Maria and staff for all our help. You know they are they are for real when they serve broccoli rabe, blanched slightly and flavorful. Old school, dead on. BEST PIZZA IN TOWN. Crust is hard, sauce is tangy, cheese is tops.

Best Italian Restaurant in Ridgefield! John's Best is very underestimated and unfortunately overshadowed by their neighbor next door. But I promise you, they are very worth the visit or take out. They are reasonably priced and include extras like salad and bread with their entrees. Maria and her team especially George (delivery driver) are great and go above any beyond to provide a great experience. From their Margherita pizza to their Penne Vodka chicken cutlet (extra sauce), delicious!
