Saigon Flavor - Ridgecrest

Drove from the way to taste this restaurant. The food was very authentic and delicious. The food was freshly prepared from the ground. The server was very knowledgeable with excellent service. We had so much food that it ever made for the best remains for lunch the next day

The food was very good, fresh and perfectly cooked. You have a lot of options and great vegan selection. We had veggie and tofu drunk noodles and Pho. Service was friendly and they helped us 15min before closing. Very recommended!

This place was a ton of fun. It's pretty small, and it was crowded which is a good sign. I was a little bit surprised because the name suggests it's vietnamese, but it seemed like 50% if not more of the menu was Thai. I got the drunken noodles lunch combo, and asked for it to be Thai spicy. The spice level was perfect, not unbearable but definitely up there. I could still feel it in my ears 20 minutes after finishing the food. I enjoyed the salad, but I thought the egg roll was a little disappointing. The flavor of the roll was delicious, but the filling was dry and the chicken was overcooked. I also got the Thai tea which was absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend this place.
