Denny's - Ridgecrest

I have been here a few times in the past month (always dinner time). The food was perfect, hot, fresh, and really fast every time. But the service is always spotty at best. Even when there are only a few tables in the restaurant, the servers appear super busy and overwhelmed. I don't know if it's online orders or what. They send the host/ess to take your drink order, then it takes them at least 10 minutes to get to you. They never check on you. And it takes a while to get your bill. They seem to have really strong cooks, then it stops there. Why not hire some extra help?

If I couldn't give a star, I'd do that, this place is so often filled to me, you eat is always cold, late or wrong. I always liked to come to denneys. not sure whether management has changed or is lacking to hire competent workers. I'll never waste money here again.

My most recent visit wasn't very enjoyable. I ordered the French toast slam. My eggs weren't cooked right, the sausage didn't taste good and the French toast was soggy. They left it soaking in the egg for too long. My strawberry lemonade didnt have any strawberries in it. Very disappointed, considering it was over $50 for 3 people. More than likely, will not return.

Incredibly rude service. Took 30 minutes to get food. When we asked the server, Angel, if our food was coming he became very defensive. Large parties that came before us received their foid. I get being busy but there is a limit. Magically 2 minutes after we asked our food was delivered. Ice cold and incorrect. Avoid this place. Avoid Dennys. They are terrible.

This location had good food that was actually hot. I got the patty melt but without onions. Fries were hot and crispy. The gentleman who took our orders was super friendly and even double checked with me regarding our order. Good food great staff.
