This is what you expect from tassie, amazing produce used in a delish way. This place had the best vegan pasta!
I had The Saute for Breakfast. It costs $20 and is totally delicious. Check the photo of the menu to see what it comes with. The restaurant decor is so old and unique. Very very cool spot right in the heart of Richmond. IGA across the street for essentials too (but don't park in their carpark or risk getting your wheels clamped).
In this tourist town it's surprising to find a cute historic cafe that's not entirely gimmicky. We had vegan gnocchi and vegan linguine with cashew cream cheese. Both were delicious, fresh, and hot. Almond milk smoothie had a strange taste. Soy, oat and almond milk available for extra.
What a lovely little gem. Definitely worth visiting, especially on a drive up to the east coast or Launceston from Hobart. Their Honey Cake is delicious and perfectly paired with homemade vanilla cream. Scones are scrumptious too! Friendly staff. Love The decor too quaint. They serve cooked breakfast lunch too!
