Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake, Hillcrest Mall

The Japanese cheesecakes here are deliciously fluffy, and the selection of cheeses is fantastic. I've been a fan of the cheesecake since my very first visit. Currently, they only accept credit and debit cards, which is something to keep in mind. The customer service could use some improvement as well.

I'm a fan of her cheesecake. As a regular customer, I've noticed that the portion sizes are getting smaller while the prices have gone up quite a bit. A box of cheesecake now costs $20! I don’t mind paying a premium as long as the quality and quantity of their tarts remain high.

The cheesecakes and cheeses here are delicious and wonderfully fluffy. Please note that they only accept credit cards at this time. Occasionally, the staff seems a bit disinterested in their work.

I went a few days ago it was closed with shield saying will be back in 30min, but no one also appears after 30min. I went back to days later what was yesterday and got chocolate cheesecake. I taste more chocolate than cheese, but I still think good. I have read many hygiene problems during the review, I hope they keep it clean and offer fresh cakes so that people can enjoy in the long term.

Delicious, I want to go back to get it when it's still warm!
