Turtle Jack's Richmond Hill Yonge Street

We had a nice meeting in the beginning of the new year. our server was friendly, but was not always there, disappeared for a few long stretches. the restaurant was quiet, but not french. I appreciate it when a server is over or takes a minute to make sure we have received our order, etc.

Food was good. Staff was pleasant and prompt. Would go back again.

Delicious food and wonderful service, very child-friendly. we're coming back!

The music was too loud. it was so loud that we disturbed our conversation. we asked our server to turn it off and it did, but in the run of time the volume went up again. energetic is not the understood I would use to describe the annoying music and the sound level, but I had no choice in the question. it was too loud. the food was good, but the portions were too small. we have four different meal times and only the fish and chips meal was sufficiently large.

We had a wonderful time to catch up with friends. the server was very patient and returned several times to check whether we needed anything. let us sit and enjoy our conversation without compelling us to leave as some other restaurants after some time. it was a very nive evening round; weeping, eating and talking.
