Taco Bell - Richmond Hill

If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. The food came out cold, and the tacos were barely filled. The taco shells tasted old and stale, which was really unappetizing. The fries supreme were just as disappointing. Overall, it was certainly not worth the $24.

I think this is the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. The area behind the counter was messy, with spilled food and debris everywhere. All three trash bins were overflowing, so we had to leave our garbage piled on top. Three of the booths were so dirty with food that they were unusable. The food itself was tough, as though the chicken had been reheated. My taco was mostly filled with lettuce, tomato, and sour cream, with only a small amount of meat. The Fries Supreme were similar—just a mountain of fries barely topped with anything. It was the worst $30 I’ve ever spent!

This has to be the worst Taco Bell/KFC I've ever been to. The staff seems completely uninterested. The drive-thru is very slow, and the dining area is incredibly dirty.

Additionally, the restaurant doesn't keep its hours updated on their official website. On another occasion, we placed pickup orders and were repeatedly told they were closed, even though it was 10:00 PM and their website stated they close at 11:00 PM. When we brought this up, they explained that those hours were only for summer, despite it being mid-June at the time. We were simply looking for a basic level of respect and good customer service, but unfortunately, we didn’t receive either.

I've been visiting this place for years, but the quality and service have continued to decline. The food has been served cold, the ingredients are not properly portioned, and my drink tastes like nothing more than carbonated water. Although I'm a huge fan of Taco Bell, I've reached my limit. I won't be returning to this location again.
