Sunset Grill All Day Breakfast Restaurant

We arrived 3 mins after the 11 am stop for the breakfast special and asked if we could still possibly get it but were told it was too late. Sunset grills are a local chain of breakfast/lunch places and we were on our way back from medical appointments so decided to stop.Food was ok , served in a reasonable time, but didn't compare to the Newmarket location

The new owners Marta and Tony has turn this place around a lot .Always cleaning up a very busy restaurant and alway making sure your look after .Food and presentation is high priority for this place and if it not they will personally attend to your request. Our wonderful weekend breakfast place .

Some restaurants are just not worth the wait and this is one of them. I went with my son to grab some breakfast and we waited for over an hour. We were seated quickly but there was never any indication it would take so long to get food. The prices are okay - not cheap eats for what they serve. We only order bacon & eggs. The only reason we waited was my son wanted to try it. The tables and chairs were dirty. The washroom unclean and the food,was bland. Wont be going back.

Food is good, but you have to be patient and not in a rush. Kitchen seems to be understaffed since they take a long time to get get your food. Prices are slightly on the high side for the type of food they serve.

Went here for breakfast with a friend, and was largely satisfied with the food and the service from our server (Alanah), but when it came time to splitting the bill, they were unable to split an individual item onto 2 cheques. This is inconvenient, but acceptable. What is not acceptable, was the tone of the manager who told us that they could not do it, as if we were asking for something over and above what is normal in most restaurants. For this reason, I would not return to this particular location.
