McDonald's - Richmond Hill

The girl in the takeout window gave me my drink without being in a real holder and I threw at my meal. Not busy, no one in the car thru. 1 other order, it was ice cream???? Bad service to wait in the park...for 1 ice cream!

This restaurant has a new, modern McDonald's building with a 24-hour drive-thru. The food has the typical McDonald's taste, but it is sometimes not very hot. The service tends to be slow, and the student employees try their best, but they could benefit from better training.

I went to the counter, ordered a coffee, and waited for a total of 41 minutes (25 minutes the first time and 16 minutes the second time). This McDonald's is best for quick drive-through service.

This McDonald's is absolutely terrible. Every time I've been here, the staff is rude and uninterested in serving customers. They only offer combo meals, and everything is served cold. It seems like they just want to quickly get rid of old food. When we asked for fresh fries, they gave us back fries that had been reheated in old oil. They need to hire employees who actually care about their job and serving hot meals. This experience is completely unacceptable.

This place needs to hire either faster and smarter staff or more staff. Normal waiting time in drive thru at midnight is up to half an hour! I'd go to the location in Aurora if it was closer for me. Good luck!
