Mcdonald's - Richmond Hill

I always get fries at the drive-thru, and always specify to get ketchup. This location never gives you ketchup. I have to go through the take out bag to ensure no ketchup was given, and then either ask again or go back inside to get more ketchup. Not to mention they’ve messed up my orders numerous times. Never had this issue at other locations.

One of my favourite McDonald’s. The managers Justin and Christian know all their customers names and orders. I always feel welcome when I visit this

The restaurant is very dirty, everything is broken, the fountain station was not properly replenished, no ketchup cup, no ketchup, garbage is full and spilling out. Tables are dirty. Washroom is missing a door in the toilet. Dirty washroom. Would not come back

Avoid. There was no one in front of me at the drive-through. I still had to wait 10 minutes for 3 happy meals. At home, my daughter tells me there's no McNuggets in her box. I drive back and get questioned by the person who incorrectly prepared the happy meal. What's he thinking? I have better things to do than drive all the way back because he got the order wrong. They toss in the nuggets and hand back a crushed happy meal box with cold fries in it. This location is slow. They make mistakes. They don't care. I've put up with it in the past, but no more. The McDonalds at 16 and Leslie is farther from my home but I will be going there from now on. The location at Major Mac and Bayview has the worst customer experience.

Mcds food is always good, but this review is more for this location.Workers weren’t thorough to ensure the lid on my tea wasn’t on securely on. I burned my hand when I got to the car and it also turned out that my tea… was actually coffee. They didn’t get my order correct even though it was listed correctly on the cup.
