Hero Certified Burgers - Richmond Hill

Just stopped on for a quick burger and fries. Terrible meal. Burger was grey in color and really awful tasting. Just a crappie frozen burger of some kind. Fries were frozen and not fresh cut. Can't recommend this place, Harvey's or A

This location opens and closes when they feel like it. We have gone numerous times and though the sign on the door says they are open they are not. They also close earlier then posted. One time we went at 9pm, an hour before closing and the restaurant was about to close. They shut down their fryer and cleaned out their oil and refused to serve fries and onion rings. The workers are rude and unfriendly.

The surge of burger places of late is a good thing. This restaurant was clean, the owner was friendly and offered helpful ideas. The food quality was VERY good. I would recommend.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to grab a quick lunch. We seemed to be served by the franchise owner who was extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was good and well worth the 5 minute wait. It was nice to eat in a place that took so much pride in what it served and the cleanliness.

In most fast food places you get what you pay for, but this place you can add a couple of dollars that are unrepresented in the quality of the food here. I got the signature meal here and found the French fries to be small soggy unsalted and got one ketchup packet to deal with them. As for the burger I could taste no sauce, just purple onion and processed fried beef. Not the hero of a burger that I was expecting to blow my mind. I cant see this franchise surviving with the overpriced menu.
