Great prices, but the quality of the food was disappointing. Overall, the dishes lacked flavor. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the service was quick. However, both times I ordered a burger, it was dry and quite bland. The regular fries and sweet potato fries were also unappetizing—dry, greasy, and not enjoyable. The iced tea at this restaurant was a huge letdown and left me feeling quite frustrated. It tasted like cardboard! I was definitely not impressed!

I had a terrible experience at A&W. I waited more than 15 minutes for my coffee and ended up paying nearly $3 for a bottle that was lukewarm.

I have visited this location multiple times. On several occasions, I’ve requested that specific ingredients be omitted from my son's burger since he is a picky eater, but whenever I get home, those ingredients are still there. I’ve also paid extra for bacon on the burger, but I ended up with only a small piece. Today, I ordered a kids' meal along with two orange juices. The kids' meal was okay, but both orange juices were watered down. I was with my two children and didn’t want to return to complain, but this has become quite frustrating. After leaving a review, I was told to email them about my experience, but I still haven’t received a response.

My child absolutely loves the kids' pack at this restaurant. However, I don't understand why this location, as well as the one in Richmond Hill, doesn't offer strawberry smoothies! I really enjoy AW's strawberry smoothies.
