Mcdonald's - Richmond Heights

The food was hot and tasty, but they forgot a10 piece chicken nuggets. That was disappointing!

They don't say a single word to you. How do you just not speak to customers. They stare at me, take my money close the window. I pull up. They stare at my hand me my food, close the window. No thank you here's your food anything. So rude.

I live near this McDonald's and pass it four times a day taking the kids to and from school, and sometimes we need a quick trip for a treat or snack. Sadly, I will have to stop using the convenience of this restaurant. It's really bad. The doors are locked during regular business hours. I've had to travel back to ask for food they forgot to put in the bag. Yesterday, I ordered four Shamrock milkshakes for a St. Patrick's Day treat and the syrup was so heavy it made the shakes neon instead of the light green color and the kids couldn't drink it because they said it stung the back of their throats and tasted like toothpaste. When I came back to resolve the issue and ask for new shakes, they replaced with different shakes but not before the manager dropped cuss words in front of my listening kids over the drive-thru speaker. Embarrassing on so many levels. I learned my lesson and will not spend another dollar at this restaurant. They don't want to deal with people anyway, so I'm likely doing them a favor.

I went through the drive through and ordered 2 sandwichs no fries no drinks no special orders. Just a big mac and a quarter pounder. I didn't check the bag because I figured it was just two sandwiches and they were both in the bag. I get home and open my big mac and it is missing the top meat. And the one meat that was on the bottom was was a quarter pounder burger and it was extra dry. So pissed, but I live to far to return it.

After online order, brought home to find They brought out the wrong order, so I eat what was in the bag, Mind you , it was a small order, I called them spoke to Boris the manager , he told me to come in and he would give me my actual order ,that i placed the day before. I returned and to my surprise not only did he fulfilled my order threw in a some fries , the sandwich was excellent !! And I want to thank them for being fair, we will return .Parking: The online area up front. Handicapped spots right in front of doorway easy acess. Am disabled and the online text order is Great !! You stay in car place your order, there out in 10 to 15 min.
