Everything was FANTASTIC!!! The ambiance, service meal. I ordered 6oz Sirloin Med Rare with Coconut Shrimp, loaded baked potato Ceasar salad. Brandon H was our server he was GREAT!!! Very attentive quick with refills. I ordered the Castaway Cocktail... ?????? Will definitely come again!!

This is the second time in one month something is missing from of to-go order! The first time was a baked potato. This time the fries for our kids meal and drink. I ordered a loaded potato and pictured is what they pack for loaded. Sad but true. $60 poorly done.

Highly recommend! The food was amazing! Steak was cooked perfectly! Tried the fried mushroom appetizer? it did not disappoint. Our server, Cole, did a great job with our order, keeping our drinks full, and bringing out extra condiments we requested. Definitely will be back soon!!!

We went to diner with the whole family, which never happens! Our server, Cole, was awesome! My husband is a people person and loved him! We never had to wait on refills, as he was on top of it. Our food was great, everything was cooked exactly the way we asked. I would highly recommend the Mushrooms as an appetizer! We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing dining experience at the Richmond Outback on Wednesday night. We were seated promptly. Our server, Piper, was attentive, efficient, and pleasant. The manager on duty, Hunter, personally checked on us to make sure everything was satisfactory. I highly recommend stopping by for a meal here. I will definitely return.
