As much as love Mexican food, I'm always apprehensive about trying new places; I stick to my tried-and-trues because the meat tastes how I think it should.
I'm a vegetarian, so when I see a Mexican food truck, I'm still excited, don't get me wrong, but I expect to just be ordering the same thing no matter what
