Zaxby's - Richmond

Barbara was my server tonight. She helped me with my order and was very polite. I forgot to tell her to leave the tomatoes from my salad and had to go back to the counter. She came back to me and made sure that my order was correct. The salad was delicious and the service was great.

Zaxby is a whole week, always 5 stars from me. They have amazing chicken and customer service to fit. 2 family dishes, in the drive thru. Sure that then there is a little stressed so that they give no less than 5 stars. Currently living in Ohio, bought this to bk because we love it. Expects cold, but dry?! Anyway, thank you. Can someone please build one middle Ohio? Thank you.

I've got to Zaxbys a little later than normal dinner time... very close to the end... at 10:45. Annnd that it is so close to the closure, I honestly thought we would have lunch chicken or the super crispy hard as a rock on the outside type of chicken... I was soOO SO wrong!! (Thanks) I have the chicken Nibblerz' meal with spiced pommes a very cold well sprite... ...EVERY bite was even better than the before!!! I would definitely recommend the chicken Nibblerz ' meal for everyone, it was without a doubt 5 STARS

I love the house salad. But, disappointed, today at Richmond, Ky location that Thousand Island Dressing was no longer available. Please make available again.

It was really good. I always get the Kickin Chicken Sandwich Combo! I would give 5 stars but sometimes the food isn't always the freshest!
