Wendy's - Richmond

Dasher "Isabel" was a guy, I had to chase him down for choc frosty and kids meal drink. He didnt speak a lick of English.. the Bourbon Bacon Cheeseburger Combo and Kids 4PC Nuggets were good.. fries werent "hot and crispy" as advertised, but we got it delivered, so not taking stars off for that

THIS ORDER WAS TERRIBLE. my dasher was very nice however I did not get what i asked for. The first thing I saw was a doctor pepper but I ordered a frosty. also my dave burger had none of the stuff on it. my burgers were square and dry. They also gave me nuggets which I didnt ask for (i dont each chicken) I also waited over an hour 30 minutes for food and it was horrible

All food was cold and tasted old. burgers, nuggets were inedible. I know its delivery but the food should at least taste fresh even if the temperature isnt right. none of it had a fresh taste.

Wendys are so slow!!!!! always have been . food was good

My loaded nacho burger was not loaded at all! I did not taste any spicy jalapeño flavor. The meal is OK, but not as great as I expected.
