Wendy's - Richmond

Wendy's offers one of the best breakfast experiences! The bacon, egg, and Swiss sandwich, along with the potato wedges, are absolutely delicious!

The fries were cold and stale, and the bread for both sandwiches was tough. However, the nuggets were surprisingly fresh.

I ordered three Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie Bags with just ketchup and mustard, and I was shocked to receive the burgers without any meat! They arrived with just bread and cheese, which wasn’t even melted. This is completely unacceptable and ridiculous. When I called to complain about my order, no one answered the phone. This Wendy's location should be shut down! It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.

Hamburgers and chili were good but they didnt include the OJ I ordered and was charged for. This has happened before. Other fast food places bag your drink with your food. Last time I order from Wendys.

French toast was so burnt. Threw them away. The fries were good, thats bout it.
