I collaborated with Necole Simmons and Joan Small from The RVA Group to purchase my first newly constructed home, and they were absolutely fantastic. Throughout the construction process, they provided excellent design recommendations that made my home feel spacious, inviting, and modern. They also guided me on which upgrades to choose, explaining that even if I wouldn't use all of them right away, the long-term benefits in terms of functionality, aesthetics, and resale value made them a worthwhile investment. It’s always more cost-effective to get things done right the first time. Their communication was excellent, they were easily reachable, and they kept everything on track.

Eddie was fantastic. I had talked to 3 other agents and all of them came in low on my home value. I called Eddie and he came out to look at he property and talk to me and came up with a price was more than I expected and he was able to sell the home for what he priced it for. Very professional, knows his stuff. Will definitely be going back when looking for my next home!
