Taco Bell - Richmond

I will never be satisfied with a restaurant that doesn’t allow you to order from a person. I don’t want to navigate a computer to place my order. I simply want to communicate what I want, pay, and eat—it's that easy. No one was willing to assist; they just told me to use the kiosk. When I asked if I could order directly with them, they said no and insisted I use the machine. That’s frustrating. I'm not going back. The customer service is terrible.

The prices were just right, and the staff were fantastic and very helpful at the kiosk.

I use the app to place my order and then drive through to pick up my food. The staff is consistently polite and friendly, and I've never had any issues with them. There was one occasion when there was a mistake with my order, but they quickly corrected it and apologized for the oversight. That was the only issue I've encountered at this restaurant. I make it a point to get my orders from here whenever I can because of the excellent service they provide.

This Taco Bell location is quite impressive. The food is served hot, the salads are crisp, and the service is modern and attentive. Based on my experiences at various locations, I can confidently say that this one stands out for its customer service.
