Taco Bell - Richmond

The service here is excellent—everyone is very friendly and accommodating. The food is both tasty and affordable; I managed to feed five people for about $30. However, it did take a bit longer than expected, around 30 minutes. On the whole, the restaurant is very clean, and I would definitely recommend it.

We visited the drive-thru and picked up our food, and I have to say, this is one of the friendliest fast-food places I've ever experienced. Even though there were only two employees working, we ordered over 15 tacos and they were incredibly pleasant about it. They even offered us a complimentary drink because we were nice to them! This has quickly become one of my favorite spots, and I have a lot of respect for them. I recommend checking it out and seeing for yourself!

We ordered two Crunchwrap Supremes and a crunchy taco with jalapeño, hot, and mild sauces. Unfortunately, the Crunchwrap Supremes were quite flat and lacked the expected amount of ingredients. The taco was only half-filled with meat and was overly greasy and soggy as well. To make matters worse, they forgot to include our hot and mild sauces.

Terrible and rude. I used to love this taco bell but not anymore. I ordered a chicken burrito and they only put 3 little pieces of chicken in it. I took it in being polite because accidents happen and I've worked in food so I know how it is. The girls inthe back were so rude and saying that if I want extra I have to pay for extra. They just kept gossiping like children. Veryunprofessional. I told them to look at it because there's only a few little pieces. They end up remaking it the same way. I justgave up because I don't want the stress of dealing with their terrible customer service today. I will not be back to this oneagain. 8/20/22 7:20pm.

The service at Simi is quick. The staff wear gloves and always provide your food on a tray or other items to avoid direct contact.
