Worst Taco Bell ever!!! Waitedin drive thru for 45 minutes. Food cold .. Employee hateful as can be. Don't know why I ever come here.

This Taco Bell/KFC was okay, but it definitely has room for improvement. They didn't have any of the cantina sauce for the new cantina chicken items, and they were out of cabbage for the cantina chicken burrito ?, I was also saddened to see them completely out of mild sauce. I went to use their bathroom, and they had one of the hand dryers you put your hand in, and it was dirty with not only dirt but hair. In my honest opinion, it feels like they just don't care about the store or their customersParking: There is definitely plenty of parking, and they have handicap parking available, too.Wheelchair accessibility: They have handicap parking, and the doors are made to make it semi easy to get in but aren't electric. They do, I believe, have lower seating to accommodate wheelchairs.

Sat in the drive thru line for over 30 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. My food was not right. I ordered cheesy roll ups add pico, there was so little cheese that I would not call it that, and they were not warm enough. Then my spicy potato soft tacos were disgusting. The potatoes were so old that it scratched the roof of my mouth when I tried to bite into it!! I am not a local to Richmond, I was passing through, so I was stuck with this awful food.
