Sticky Rice - Richmond

This food was trifling. It was over cooked. See for yourself. There was no flavor at all and the aroma was actually an odor. It was a DoorDash order so naturally I tried it anyway. My stomach is about to start cramping so it will be discarded.

Used to come here often when I lived in RVA. Stopped by for the first time in years for the Monday night half of sushi and got my favorite Sticky Balls. Glad to see they were still delicious as they always had been. Go check it out if you're in the neighborhood, great little bar! And they have buckets of Tater Tots, which you'll love after a few drinks.

I love Sticky Rice! Let's just start there! I ordered the veganzilla roll, which never disappoints. I love that there are delicious vegan options here. I also had some warm sake which was the perfect accompaniment with the sushi. The sushi and drinks came out in good timing. I always enjoy the ambience here. The wait staff is attentive and courteous. 5 stars all around, and I'll be back soon!

Very typical fan bar/restaurant with funky vibes. Sticky floors and tables, crowded and small space, seems best for hanging with friends. Street parking only. We came early on a Wednesday evening around 6PM, and waited less than five minutes for a table. Most all of the tables fit a party of 4, if you have a party of 5 or more definitely call for reservations. Not recommended if you're looking for a quiet comfy spot for date night. This is a local hot spot. They are pretty expensive however. Creative twists on sushi rolls, but I enjoy classic sushi, so if you are looking for standard rolls, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Amazing atmosphere, dim-lights, loud music, refreshing and artsy décor. They are open very late too, but kitchen closes at 10pm I believe.
