Starbucks - Richmond

I ordered an iced mocha that was fantastic, and I decided to try one of the new pink drinks because they had a special offer: spend $10 and get $2 off. That sounded great at the time, and I thought I could save the pink drink for later. However, by the time I got home an hour later, it had become watery, and the milk had separated. I was expecting it to be refreshing and thirst-quenching, but instead, it ended up tasting more like a mix of strawberry milk and lemonade.

This restaurant is always bustling with activity, but that's why I keep coming back. The staff genuinely work hard to meet my requests. The other day, I overheard a conversation that suggested they might have some unfinished paperwork, and I couldn't help but wonder when they find time for it! From opening to closing, I've never seen them just standing around; they are always focused on keeping their customers satisfied. While paperwork is essential, one particular staff member stands out for her exceptional service and deserves recognition. So, thank you all for your dedication! I'll definitely remain a loyal customer.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The line can look long when you’re driving up, but even during busy times, the wait is always worth it. The staff does an amazing job preparing drinks and food, and they’re consistently cheerful and polite. This is one of my go-to places, and I’ve never been let down. I highly recommend it, as everything on the menu is delicious.
