Starbucks - Richmond

I waited about 20 minutes inside for a coffee that never got made. Instead of preparing it, they issued a refund, which made me late for work without my coffee.

My barista prepared my drink beautifully, and it tasted absolutely amazing!

This place is amazing! Elsy, Jeremy, Bourak, and Jay are all fantastic, and truly, everyone I've encountered there has been delightful. The restaurant is very clean, and the service is prompt and welcoming. The only issue I have, which isn't their fault, is that it seems to be haunted. Aside from that, it's a wonderful place to eat!

I consistently order the Cinnamon Dolce, but it varies a bit each time. The only one who consistently gets it right is Derek! Overall, it's decent.

I kick off my weekday mornings with a stop at this place every day. Derrick is absolutely the BEST. All I need to say when I get to the speaker is "Good morning, Derrick," and he instantly knows my name and my order. He always responds with, "Good morning, Cass! How are you?" It's such a delight to share that little exchange with him each morning; it really sets a positive tone for my day. If you happen to stop by, I hope you get the chance to experience Derrick's excellent service.
