Smoke Pit Grill - Richmond

Absolutely fantastic! We celebrated our son's birthday, and since he loves smoked meat, I inquired if he could visit the pit. The owner was more than accommodating, and my son was overjoyed. They managed to host a large party of 15 on a stormy night without any issues. We'll definitely be returning. Everything we had was delicious!

What a fantastic find! We visited this restaurant with friends after completing a workshop together. I was immediately struck by how bright and trendy the space is. There’s plenty of parking available, and the interior design is very stylish. Our server was attentive and friendly, and he might have been the owner. It seemed like he genuinely cared about his establishment and his patrons. The food was delicious—I ordered a Burrito, and it was great!

Our first meal on the plane was fantastic, and we have no regrets! We shared the meat platter among three of us, along with a salad, and we were all very satisfied with how full we felt. Our server was exceptional as well. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Even if this place is a bit of your beaten path (as it is mine), it is definitely worth the detour to eat here. You have a varied menu, but this time I went with my walk to smoked meat option the pulled pork plate. I'm sorry that the photo wasn't great was more interested in digging than catching a picture. The place is quite new, so not much about it, but give it a try, you will be happy that you.

First visit but definitely not the last! Very welcoming service and great food. The only things not house-made are the ketchup and the fries, otherwise everything was high quality BBQ!
