Saladworks - Richmond

The food is fantastic when they're actually open! However, my last three visits during their posted business hours on their website and Google profile have been frustrating because they've been closed. On one occasion, the place was completely dark, almost as if they had shut down one or two hours before 6 PM, and I arrived at 5:15 PM. It’s really disappointing when you’re looking forward to having their food for dinner. Please update the hours on the website to prevent future guests from experiencing the same letdown.

This is the best place to enjoy a salad! They offer plenty of protein options, and you can choose from their Signature salads or create your own. With so many choices available, you won't need to look anywhere else!

I ordered the BENTLY salad with green goddess dressing, and it was fantastic—truly unbeatable! We visit Salad Works every time we're in Richmond because of the amazing food and excellent service.

I was not impressed by my first take out/visit to Salad Works. There was barely any cheese on my salad, the bacon was completely raw and I had to pick it all off, the portion size was small, and I was just not impressed by the taste/appearance of it. It was $12 plus tip etc. Lettuce is so cheap, so to pay this I want a good portion of what I ordered and cooked bacon. I'd rather go to Chopt instead, which was amazing
