Little Caesars Pizza - Richmond

On September 16, 2022, I purchased the Pfefferoni for old-fashioned enthusiasts, and I will never order it again! Although I understand it's made according to the company's specifications, there is simply too much paprika. I also got the combo that included a 2-liter bottle and breadsticks. The breadsticks were fine, but the 2 liters of Diet Pepsi were out of date, expiring on November 4th! These items should be regularly rotated and tested.

I waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes, watching as the cars in front of me left without their food. I placed an order for one pizza and paid, but then the cashier asked me to pull forward and said she would bring it to me. I waited another 15 minutes without anyone receiving their food. I eventually went inside and ended up waiting for another 30 minutes, making it a full hour in total. The most frustrating part was seeing the cashier taking pizzas from the kitchen and putting them in the warmer for online pickup orders while at least ten customers were still waiting for their orders. This was, without a doubt, the worst service experience I've ever had in my 50 years. Several customers even gave up and left after having paid but not received their food.

UPDATE: This location remains the best Little Caesars. No matter who is working, the employees here are always outstanding. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they truly deserve it. I also hope they're paid well, as they certainly earn more than just a basic wage.

Absolutely not. The last 2 visits took 25 minutes to get a unique pepper chocolate. You also lock the lobby, no matter when you have to drive through the ride. Even on foot.

This place have been the absolute worse place for the last 3/4 months.. The Manager and/or staff do not pay attention to the drive through window, they barely answer the phone to take an order over the phone, the manager and all the staff members never look presentable for work, they all always in their phones and/or with headphones phones in their ears. I used to love this place now I only go because it?s convenient (near my house).
