This is the best pizza in Richmond. I've tried pizza all over the country as well as managing pizza places. I finally found a place I'm excited to return to in Richmond. Plus, they have a cool Van Halen theme. Having a cool VH theme means they should be playing VH songs on occasion.Vegetarian options: My vegetarian niece found lots of options.

Really sad to write this review, but I gave them SO many chances to redeem themselves they just didn’t even try.So, it was MOTHER’S DAY… all I wanted was to have an easy and delicious meal. Well, the pizzas took 2 hours to get to our house without any contact from the restaurant. In fact, we tried to call them many times and couldn’t get through to speak to anyone. We were going to offer to pickup if delivery was behind, but no one answered and we couldn’t get through. The pizza FINALLY arrived and was DIGUSTUING. Let me be clear, we have eaten there before it’s been pretty good, so I expected at least that. Nope. It was pizza that had been sitting out for HOURS and was inedible. When I contacted the business that night, days, and weeks later, I was told I would be given a refund when the owner returned from a trip. No contact was returned and no refund was ever given. Ok, this was $80 for two pizzas that we couldn’t eat.Restaurant owners need to treat people right. I will not go there again.

Went in today for lunch, when finally greeted by a disgruntled waitress who had an attitude she proceed to put in the wrong orders and bring us over the wrong a few times. She tried to give us a pizza from another table that was also incorrect. The incorrect pizza sat at the bar for 45 minutes and then again brought it over to our table, after my friend already said before, shes vegan and cant have or dont want it. Our orders took over an hour. However, the pizza was tasty when we finally got it boxed up.

We ordered the Thom Willis and the mushroom pizza from here yesterday for delivery and the pizzas were delicious. Will definitely order from here again.

My true rating for Hot for Pizza is 3.5 stars but Google hasn’t made that possible for me to select. The pizza from this place was great. Delicious, savory, and prepared well. This was just what we needed at 12am after a night out. Unfortunately, I found the staff service to be a bit lackluster. Not rude or bad, merely unintentional and aloof. I must also add that we paid about $32 for an 18 inch pizza with two toppings which seemed egregious. However, at 12am when you’re hungry and in a pinch, it’ll do with a bit of managing your expectations for service and cost.
