G's Pizza & Grill - Richmond

I wish I could give 0 stars. Nasty! Not only was the food nasty, it was not right. I ordered online through EatStreet. When I picked it up, the restaurant was nasty. Filthy. Got all the way home when I realized my order was wrong and burnt! Called to complain and was told since I ordered online through EatStreet I couldn't get my money back. Ummm, what??! Also, I had to take the pizza back if I wanted my money! Will never go there again! I will also make sure everyone I know, knows not to go there either!

Bad food and bad service! BUYER BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE and be glad you did! The owner doesn't even care to hear you out and assumes way too much! He has to be right! other people agree this place is gross!!

The pizza here is very good, and inside of the restaurant it's set up pretty nice. You can get a nice pizza deal on Tuesdays. The staff are always friendly.

Ordered my food over an hour ago, called to check on my order and it was just coming out of the oven.

Ordered 3 things, but the only thing made correctly was the pizzaGave me the wrong burger, and made me a calzone instead of a stromboli.
